Awaken your body’s innate capacity for healing
Chinese Medicine is an ancient, nature based medicine that treats your whole being - body, mind and spirit.
What does acupuncture help with?
People seek acupuncture for myriad reasons that range from physical pain such as knee pain, back pain, migraines, sinus headaches, menstrual discomfort, hip pain to emotional & psycho-spiritual dis-ease such as anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress disorder, feeling stuck in life, ‘out of balance’, overwhelm and other expressions of spiritual disharmony.
I approach treatment using roots & branches methodology. This means that I tend to your symptoms (branches) while working to understand and treat the underlying cause (roots) of the disharmony. In addition to treating with needles, I also incorporate moxibustion (herbal heat therapy), cupping, stones, essential oils, meditation practices and/or dietary guidance depending on your needs and goals.
All traditional forms of medicine, including Chinese Medicine, emphasize prevention as superior medicine.
Looking forward to working together.

Sessions last ibetween 50 to 75 minutes. During this time, we will talk about how you’re feeling and what you would like support with.
