Renewal is a 28-day course on whole being nourishment, with a focus on slowing down, seasonal eating, listening inwards and ritual. Renewal is a transformational reset for body, mind and spirit. You will learn (remember) how to incorporate practices, foods, rituals and herbs to cultivate a deeper understanding of how to truly nourish yourself as Autumn turns toward Winter.

Hello, I’m Martha

I am a writer, teacher & gatherer who believes in the power of ritual, the magic of darkness & the poetry of every sentient being. I am also a practitioner of Chinese Medicine, RYT 500 yoga instructor and the creative director of Full Moon.

My life’s work and joy is to help people remember how good it feels to nourish oneself, to calibrate with nature’s cycles and to reconnect to the innate wisdom of their body.
