Renewal is a 28-day course on whole being nourishment, with a focus on slowing down, seasonal eating, listening inwards and ritual. Renewal is a transformational reset for body, mind and spirit. You will learn (remember) how to incorporate practices, foods, rituals and herbs to cultivate a deeper understanding of how to truly nourish yourself in the windy, creative and potent energies of spring.

Hello, I’m Martha
I am a writer, teacher & gatherer who believes in the power of ritual, the magic of darkness & the poetry of every sentient being. I am also a practitioner of Chinese Medicine, RYT 500 yoga instructor and the creative director of Full Moon.
