The NADA treatment is designed to deeply relax the nervous system, nourish & soothe the heart-mind and support the body's ability to detoxify, physically, emotionally and spiritually.  The NADA treatment involves your receiving 5 pins in each ear. You sit comfortably in a reclining chair or lie on the treatment table. Once the pins are in place you rest quietly for 25-30 minutes while your body does its magic.  You can choose to have a calming essential oil and an eye pillow if you like.
